well what me and my friends do is we play scary maze even though we know were playin it and when we beat it it still freaks us out do that with your friends except dont tell them but they might already know and if you do it make sure to turn the sound up loud!!
another idea is watch a really scary movie and then the’ll be all freaked out and then all you have to do is go behind a corner a say boo or have one other friend be part of the scare and turn off the lights while shes “in the bathroom” and then break an unmiportant glass or open the door to a scary figure

waiting for them to fall asleep will prob be impossible. do u have brothers or sisters? id use them, or even ur parents. when ur all in ur room chillin, have ur family member like tap on the window or somthin or call their cell phones n hang up. u could play along n be scared too itll be hilarious!!! also u could randomly make their belongings disappear. hide their pillow or somthin haha theres so much u could do. have fun =)

ok mr voodoo. i just played that game and apperantly my favorite color is afraid…
oh ok umm i have something. ok umm idk what its called but theres this thing i think on youtube. you have to stare at this picture of this girl for like five minutes and its supposed to change. me and my friends did this. good times. =]

Go out and dig up some worms or slugs! Then hide them on their pillows or on the carpett or something! OR make a cardboard maze called the HAUNTED MAZE and only make one exit to it. Then close that exit so that theirs no way out!!! OR have a siancce!

Ok go to the cemetery a dig up a bunch of dead bodies. Decapitate the bodies and leave the heads in their sleeping bags. The bodies can be hidden around the house.
