Friday, November 6th, 2009For Halloween I’m going to be Harley Quinn and I bought yellow hair spray from Spirit Halloween since I couldn’t find the right wigs/any affordable ones. I tried it on my hair, which is dark brown, but it showed up more green than yellow and faded out in 5-10 minutes. My friend says there’s a way to make it last, but she can’t remember.
