What do you think about people (mainly young people) using Halloween as a day for reckless behavior; such as egging houses and cars, shaving creaming random people on the street and buildings.
I even heard of kids taking it too far by beating random people with sticks and chasing them down the street.
Do you think Halloween is meant for this? Did you ever do anything like this at all on Halloween?

Monday, November 9th, 2009I watched it when I was a kid- I think it was around the mid 80’s. I vaguely remember the details. All the monsters lived together and the witch was sad and decided she was not going to fly across the moon thereby stopping halloween from coming. I remember a little girl talking to the witch and saving Halloween. There is a really cheesy disco scene at the end.
