Tuesday, November 17th, 2009What do you think about people (mainly young people) using Halloween as a day for reckless behavior; such as egging houses and cars, shaving creaming random people on the street and buildings.
I even heard of kids taking it too far by beating random people with sticks and chasing them down the street.
